Special requests cannot be amended once made as these are made to order with a specific requirement. Any special request with a name on it also cannot be refunded. Any order placed from the website that is not a special request, can be amended if not yet sent, or refunded once we receive the product back in the original condition. Any postal damages need to be communicated the same day you receieve the delivery. We do not take responsibility for any damages caused by neglect or non-maintenance.

We offer free delivery on all of our products as we all hate paying shipping costs, however this is offered as Second Class with Royal Mail. If you need your product sooner, we do require £1.99 extra for any order sent First Class via Royal Mail. This will only be requested once for each order. It is not per item.
